Produced from 1969-70 this red Mini Cooper S with white roof has a silver roof rack and spare tyres, jewelled headlights and racing 177 decals.
This was produced by Corgi to celebrate the car winning the prestigious Monte Carlo rally in 1964, 1965 and 1967; the first win included Paddy Hopkirk as a crew member.
The model is in very good original condition. One of the 177 decals is slightly discoloured
The original box is also in very good condition. Also included is the original corgi model club leaflet which accompanied this special model.
This is a lovely example of this classic model that BMW- Mini are about to reproduce in real life.
