Noguchi were responsible for a handful of 1960s and '70s era toys, most of which employ the distinctively paddle foot walking movement.
The most successful was the Mighty Robot.
The walking movement works as it moves forward as the mounted paddles churn. The sparking does not appear to work.
This is a distinctive example of late Japanese tin toy production, in very good condition with its original box with great graphics.
