These schuco models were produced in the post war US zone of Germany are rare to find with the box and accessories.
Produced from 1952 , this was inspired by the 1951 Buick V8.
This is a well detailed model, this one is missing its hood ornament.
It could be purchased as a clockwork or battery model - this is the battery model ( not tested ).
The Elecktro has a separate container for batteries, this one is in very good condition, often they suffer stress cracking. This is connected to a remote steering device, this is then connected by a separate cable to the car.
Overall in excellent condition, the box does show some age related wear as you would expect for 60+ year old packaging.
