The Marklin car construction sets have two types listed in the 1930's catalogues. The full car construction sets have a wide range of options and a dedicated set for the Mercedes Benz W25 racing car.
These were not only a construction toy but also an engineering lesson.
The 1936 catalogue had 6 bodies:
Streamline, Pullman Limousine, Truck, Petrol Truck, Mercedes SSK racer, Armoured car.
This set is the 1105L Truck.
Set in very good original condition, together with manual. The box cover has age related wear, as illustrated.
